Experienced leadership. Unwavering conviction. An occasionally chewed organisational chart. All biographies are fictional.
OFFICE OF THE FOUNDER Official portrait forthcoming
PRINCIPAL LEADER & SPOKESPERSON
Domar Lapiskitin
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Domar founded the LDA on a simple principle: no dog should have to choose between who she loves and the game she loves. He directs the Association’s international strategy, chairs its emergency response, and serves as its principal institutional voice. Under his leadership, the right to fetch became a matter of organisational policy rather than a favour granted by whoever was holding the ball.
A respected voice in canine civil rights, Maggie oversees the Association’s strategic direction and its exceptionally rigorous biscuit policy. Her landmark white paper, Beyond Sit and Stay, redefined the relationship between obedience and self-determination. She reports directly to Founder & CEO Domar Lapiskitin, except during thunder.
Bella Woofington
Director of Competitive E-Sports
A retired Grandmaster with eleven international titles, Bella leads the LDA’s competitive integrity programme. She pioneered the four-paw keyboard layout and remains the only athlete to win a final while someone was opening cheese nearby. Her approach is disciplined, evidence-based, and occasionally very loud.
Luna Barkshire
Head of Community Relations
Luna brings extensive experience in cross-park diplomacy and difficult introductions at the water bowl. Her community listening sessions have achieved an unprecedented 94% tail-wag approval rating. She believes every stakeholder deserves to be heard, preferably before the mail arrives.
Daisy McFetch
Chief Financial Pawficer
Daisy oversees the Association’s fictional finances and real commitment to transparency. A chartered canine accountant, she has never misplaced a decimal or a buried biscuit. Her annual reports are widely respected for their prudence and classified locations of reserve tennis balls.
Princess
Director of Lesbian Affairs
Princess directs inclusion policy and the Office of Meaningful Glances Across the Dog Park. Her advocacy secured equal access to matching bandanas and equitable allocation of the sunny patch. She has declined to disclose a surname, citing an established professional brand.
Peanut
Interim Head of Crisis Management
Appointed during an unscheduled vacuum incident, Peanut coordinates the Association’s emergency response. His widely adopted escalation framework moves from Concerned Ear Tilt to Full Bark Mobilisation. His appointment remains interim because the board has not yet located his permanent chair.
Dog portraits are illustrative and may represent more than one fictional director. No real leadership appointments are implied.
